Do we have to leave Jane?

No. Jane keeps booking, charts, and billing. Casey reads the calendar link Jane already gives each practitioner.

Where do phone numbers come from?

Not from the calendar. You export the patient list from Jane and import it. A missing number can be typed in.

Does Casey text patients for us?

Not on its own. The desk calls, or copies a ready-made text with your booking link. Casey records every call and counts a booking once Jane shows it.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing. After the pilot, Basic is $99 a month and Advanced is $249, for one location.
